Made from strong bamboo, our Loadable Gada (Mace) handle can accept further loading with additional bamboo or standard 51mm (2 inch) metal weight plates. Increase the weight incrementally as you progress. We will soon be offering our own BMF branded steel weight plates in the near future. It is advised to use two locking collars for weights over 10kg.
The same accessories integrate with the optional short double grip handle to create a 2-in-1 Wrist roller and Swingbell for optimum benefits. Simply loop the cord around the bar, attach a weight to the cord via the carabiner, then grip with both hands and roll up the weight, before reversing back down. A simple movement, but surprisingly challenging after a few reps.

This same system has also been applied to our Loadable Club Handles. These are 600mm long and sold as pairs, and can be used to replicate light and heavy Indian club and Persian meel workouts. Again, just add more weight plates as you progress. While the diameter of the handle is designed to accommodate weight plates of 51mm internal diameter, it is recommended to add weights that have a maximum external diameter of 15cm (6 inches).
Both the Gada and Club Handles can be bought as a bundle for a 10% saving.
