- Loadable Club Handles Kit – loadable to a total weight of 850g-5kg per club.
- Loadable Gada/Mace Handle Kit – loadable to a total weight of 1.5 to 20kg.
- And our Wrist Roller/Swingbell. Available alone or as part of our Club/Gada Handle Kits.
1 – Long Victorian Style Bamboo Indian Clubs – 1.2kg
Inspired by a traditional Victorian shape, these clubs offer a more challenging weight for anyone used to swinging our 650g Victorian Bamboo Clubs, and a slightly more challenging swing compared to our Standard Indian Clubs. This is due to the increased torque caused by the greater proportion of weight shifted towards the base of the club. An ideal pair of clubs for building strength and mobility in the wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
2 – Victorian Teardrop Clubs – 1.1kg
Longer than our regular teardrop clubs, these slightly heavier teardrops perform quite differently to our other teardrops, and are a joy to use with their long centre of mass creating a graceful swing.
3 – Loadable Club Handles Kit – 850g-5kg
Designed to replicate light to heavy Indian clubs and Persian meels, these loadable handles seamlessly adapt to a wide range of uses. Their modular design allows for weight to be increased incrementally (by adding wood or steel weight plates) – increasing or decreasing the challenge as required.
4 – Loadable Gada/Mace Handle – 1.5 to 20kg
Designed to transition from a light mace to a heavy gada, our Loadable Mace Kit can be loaded from 2kg right up to a 20kg monster! Depending on how much weight you choose to add, this one kit can be suitable for light mobility & recovery workouts, maceflow routines, and strength based heavy mace/gada workouts.
5 – Bamboo Wrist Roller/Swingbell
The same weight plates used on our loadable handles integrate with an optional short double grip handle to create a 2-in-1 Wrist roller and Swingbell. Simply loop the cord around the bar, attach a weight to the cord via the carabiner, then grip with both hands and roll up the weight, before reversing back down. A simple movement, but surprisingly challenging after a few reps.
