These Loadable Club Handles make a fantastic kit that will be hard to outgrow as you build the weights during your Indian clubs or Persian meels journey. Bamboo has a high tensile strength and these handles have been tested up to 10kg each club with the addition of standard 51mm Olympic weight plates.
The same accessories integrate with the optional shorter double grip handle to create a 2-in-1 Wrist roller and Swingbell for optimum benefits. Simply loop the cord around the bar attach a weight at the other end via the carabeena to turn it into a wrist roller for awesome forearm/grip workouts.

This same system has also been applied to our Loadable Mace/gada handles. These are 1.1m (43.5″) long and can be used to create a light flowmace or heavy gada/mace, depending on the weights attached.
The same weights you have for your Loadable Handles are fully compatible with the Loadable Gadas. While the diameter of the handle is designed to accommodate weight plates of 51mm internal diameter, it is recommended to add weights that have a maximum external diameter of 15cm (6 inches) or less. We will soon be offering our own BMF branded steel weight plates.
Both the Gada and Club Handles can be bought as a bundle for a 10% saving.
