Our Loadable Club Handles replicate light Indian clubs, heavy Indian clubs, and light Persian meels, these handles seamlessly adapt to a wide range of uses. Thanks to their modular design, weight can be adjusted incrementally, increasing or decreasing the challenge as required.
Designed to transition from a light mace to a heavy gada, our Loadable Mace Handle can form up to a 20kg mace. Depending on how much weight you choose to add, this one kit can be suitable for light mobility & recovery workouts, maceflow routines, and strength based mace/gada workouts.
Wrist rollers are a great tool for building strength in the wrist, grip, and forearms. Simply loop the cord around the short double grip handle, attach a weight to the cord via the carabiner, then grip with both hands and roll up weight, before reversing back down. A simple movement, but surprisingly challenging.
The short handle is also designed to be used as a Swingbell for further strength benefits. The Swingbell is a forgotten tool from the 1950s though there are still some books and resources pertaining to its value in strength training.
